How do I determine the correct size cover for my furniture?
To find the perfect fit, measure the height, width, and depth of your item. We recommend choosing a cover that is slightly larger than your furniture to allow for easy installation and removal, but not so large that it pools on the ground.
Are Coverstore products fully waterproof or water-resistant?
Most of our covers are designed with high-grade water-resistant materials and waterproof backing. While they are engineered to repel heavy rain, we recommend using an air bag or support pole to prevent water pooling on flat surfaces.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Standard orders typically process within 1-2 business days. Depending on your location, delivery usually takes between 3 to 7 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy for home covers?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all standard-sized items in their original, unused condition. Please note that custom-made covers are final sale and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Do your covers come with a warranty?
Yes, we stand by our quality. Our covers come with a limited warranty ranging from 1 to 10 years depending on the material collection (e.g., Ultima, Prestige, or Elite) which covers fading, fabric strength, and workmanship.
How should I clean and maintain my covers?
To extend the life of your cover, clean it regularly with a soft brush and lukewarm water. Avoid using harsh detergents or machine washing, as this can damage the protective water-repellent coating.
