At Coverstore, we stand behind the quality of our protective covers and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit for your home or patio, we offer a hassle-free return window of 30 days from the date of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Center and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the unused covers in their original packaging and drop off the shipment at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
